Yes, it is safe to use Liquid-Plumr® products if you have a septic
system. The ingredients degrade rapidly and will not harm the bacteria
in your tank.

Clog removers are not designed to remove the waste that may be clogging your toilet.

Lab tests confirm that all Liquid-Plumr® products are safe for
all household plumbing. However, we do not recommend using drain openers
in rubber pipes. The products may damage rubber.

Absolutely. Slowly pour product according to the directions over the
drain opening, wait for 1 hour, then flush with hot tap water.

Do not use Liquid-Plumr® products with ammonia, toilet bowl cleaners
or other non-Liquid-Plumr® clog removers, as splashing or the release
of hazardous gases may occur. We do not recommend using Liquid-Plumr®
drain openers with non-Liquid-Plumr® products. It is safe to use
any Liquid-Plumr® product in the same drain.

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend using drain openers in a dishwasher.
Dishwashers frequently use rubber attachments for draining, and drain
openers may damage the rubber.

We would not recommend using a plunger when a drain opener is in the
drain. There is a possibility that plunging will cause the product to
splash back and get on you or your clothing.

Absolutely. Use of Liquid-Plumr® drain openers is safe for all
types of sinks.

If in eyes, flush immediately with water for 15 minutes. If wearing
contact lenses, remove first. If on skin, wash immediately with water.
If swallowed, drink a full glass of water. Do not induce vomiting. In
all cases, call a doctor or poison control center.

Liquid-Plumr® products may bleach or stain colored clothes, fabrics
or rugs.

Liquid-Plumr® products cannot clear a foreign object or tree root
from your drain. You'll need to call a plumber to remove the object.
